I made a mistake and bore the consequences. Knowing that it wun work, I still plunge into it and readily believe that it will work, to only realise it was a miscalculation.

Today my colleague asked me, would you prefer to have good colleagues and bad boss or bad colleagues and good boss. Of cos, I would like to have both great colleagues and great boss, but sometimes we just cannot choose the best of both world like how it was like in my first job.
Nonetheless, being in my previous company where I had neither good boss nor good colleagues, one learns how to survive....
